Shipping&Delivery

 Goods will be dispatched on regular working days (Monday to Friday Hong Kong Time). Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.

 

HONG KONG SHIPMENT

FREE shipping on orders for Local Hong Kong customers by our Door to Door Delivery Service (only for special Couture Collection) or will be sent by SF Express Courier.

- Customers are NOT offered to choose which courier for delivery.

- Delivery estimate at least 3-5 days working business days (if product is available with stock).

 

CHINA & MACAU SHIPMENT  

S.F Express : COD on customer’s account

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT

DHL/UPS/Fedex/TNT : COD on customer’s account

ORDER TRACKING

When the order is shipped, Clients receive an E-mail from info@espensalberghaute.com specifying the tracking number for monitor the shipment status.

A tracking number is provided for all orders. For an up-to-date status of your order, you can enter the tracking number to the nominated courier website to check the updated status.

 

IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES

Please be advised that import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the regarding destination. 

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of customers and will not be covered by ESPENSALBERGHAUTE.  For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office. 

In some occasions packages may be delayed due to custom clearance

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE SHIPMENTS

If any return and exchange shipment from ESPENSALBERGHAUTE, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to ESPENSALBERGHAUTE. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

 

PRE-ORDERED ITEMS

Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they are received in wholesales or warehouse. The full price will be deducted the same day in which the order is placed, despite the postponed shipment date. 

We remind first-time Clients that ESPENSALBERGHAUTE can request the Bank or Paypal to double check the transaction and the account information. This verification process will delay immediate shipping.

ESPEN SALBERG HAUTE shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of ESPEN SALBERG HAUTE.
